Leadership Development Programmes (LDPs)
LDPs are exclusively offered to C Suite Officers and their direct reports in organizations.
These programmes aim at harnessing available leadership strengths for greater organizational synergy and business development on one hand and developing leadership potential among such senior leaders on the other hand.
These programmes aim to develop the abilities in leaders to enhance design thinking, prospect likely opportunities, synthesize creative solutions, develop feasible strategies, execute for results, influence leaders and teams, and such other critical leadership skills.
Recognising that firms face different types of challenges and opportunities as well as risks and rewards at different points of time, LDPs are usually developed on a thematic basis with a strong business orientation. LDPs typically encourage leaders to cascade the takeaways to their managers.
